California law (The Electronic Waste Recycling Act 2003) currently prohibits the disposal of electronic waste in the trash as they may contain hazardous components. Simply bring your electronic items to our store and and we will properly dispose of them at no charge. At Compuboost we accept all types of home and business electronic items for recycling, including computers, monitors, televisions, stereos and more. Any hard drives will be physically disabled first and recycled separately from computers. A receipt can be given if desired, for tax purposes.
